BUSINESS & ORGANISATIONS
Whether you are starting up, buying a business or selling one, we will advise you on the legal structures and agreements appropriate to your needs. You may need to register a company or prepare a partnership or shareholders agreement with your business partners. You may need standard terms and conditions drawn up to regulate your dealings with your customers. Or perhaps you need analysis and advice on the terms of a draft agreement presented to you by your supplier or customer. We can advise you on all this and more. We will represent you in your dealings with your business partners, customers, suppliers, contractors and funders. Our approach insofar as possible is to analyse situations and documents, clarify problems and seek efficient solutions, so that you can get on with running your business.
Non-profit organisations play a significant role in Irish life, for example in community development, arts, sports, education, health, housing, employment creation and areas of special interest. We have extensive experience of working with the non-profit sector over many years. We appreciate that if you operate in this sector, then your organisation has to survive in a difficult environment where you are often expected to meet a wide range of complex needs with limited resources and very little financial security. From time to time you will need careful legal advice and representation on such matters as the legal structure of your organisation, an application for charitable status, arrangements with landlords and licensors and on your service and other agreements with your funders.

We offer a service to Credit Union Boards, Management and Members on the particular laws and practices of relevance to their institutions.
